“Lunch-able” Lunches
Let’s face it, school lunches don’t provide for our children the nutrition we hope they do. The meals contain processed foods, mystery meats, and french fries are considered the vegetable. French Toast Bake
This French Toast Bake was so yummy it was gone before we could even take pictures of it!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted (We like Earth Balance)
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon, divided in half
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 loaf French bread or Wheat bread, cut into 1 inch cubes (We chose to just tear into chunks)

Granola Kids help the earth by picking up litter and give their tips to be a little more ”green.” You don’t have to spend an hour picking up trash…just start with the little things. See a piece of trash on the ground? Pick it up. Don’t throw you trash on the ground. Be kind to our planet.
